I’m still a fan of the preworkout but the reformulation is what keeps it from 5 stars. The prior iteration of this product worked WAAAAAY better. There was a compound in the prior version that really helped increase my strength and pump. I could care less about massive doses of caffeine or the itchy ears from the beta alanine. When I mixed the prior version with NITRIC and a little food grade vegetable glycerin… BOOM!! Best workouts of my life!! But this is just sort of… boom. Just not the same. I hope the guys at VM see this and switch it back. Cause if not I may have to find a better PW.

Gives you a great boost, only thing I don’t like the tingles!! Doesn’t last too long. The other pre workout was good with no tingling. I do recommend. Just start with half and go from there… work out!!!!

At first I thought it wasn't working bc didn't get physical sensation ( tingling and sweat) like my previous pre-workout. But looked down at clock on phone and had been going solid for nearly 2 hrs. Would suggest to all looking for clean and solid energy for workout. And it tastes good

To be honest. i have tried several other products. i always get the tingles and sometimes shakes. I changed again and tried other brand. Big mistake. This stuff works great. NO shakes or tingles, but gives you that push your are needing. no issues sleeping later at night when others are still in your system. LOVE THE PRODUCT!! will not change again.

You definitely get a lot of energy but do not feel the jitter feeling. I definitely Get a nice boost to complete my heavy workouts.

This was sent to me for free with some of my stacks. But for $27 even then I couldn’t complain!! Tastes amazing! Its not exactly fruit punch, but definitely some blackberry/grape/black cherry mix. What I like is that its not much of a stim, and more of a clean focus type of pre. At least for me. I drink lots of coffee, so who knows how it might affect a first-time buyer. Regardless, high stim is why i don’t mess with many pre-workouts and I gotta say if i were to buy another pre, this is definitely what i would gun for!!

This pre-workout powder is working very well for me because I am not sensitive to caffeine so it doesn’t really pick me up and do anything for me so the other ingredients gives me a real good pump and energy. it works very well

This one of the best pre workout that I have ever used. My workouts are very hard and this let me push harder. My weights on lifting improved getting stronger.

I have come to rely on the Vintage Muscle preworkout as a daily go to. One scoop and topped off with a scoop of AMP are a perfect wakeup drink. I do two scoops when I use it as a preworkout and it gives me focus without jitters not to mention it's one of the only actually affordable buys of the lineup. I keep 3-4 jars around as it is also a good pickup me up in the afternoon or to sip on during long miles on the road. It tastes great, performance is superb it is reasonable to buy and I can find no wrong with this product whatsoever.

I have had a lot of pre-workouts in my life and I'm a fan of this. It gives you extreme focus and that's what you need to do is focus on what muscle you are working on. The only thing that would make this the best ever if N.O. was add (my opinion). Overall you can't go wrong, highly recommend!

Best preworkout I’ve taken in a long time. Energy up and good workouts

I quit all caffeine more than a year ago, so I was a little hesitant about this PREworkout because the high caffeine content. I normally seek out PRE workouts with no stimulants, but since it came free with my order I figured I’d give it a try. I’m currently stacking with the 1-Androl stack, Testes, & a BCAA formula (I’ll leave a review on the Testes and 1-Androl after I give it a few weeks) this is only my 3rd workout with the PREworkout. How I take it: I take my 1-Androl sublingual then chase it with a big swig of the PREworkout about 30 minutes before my afternoon workout. Taste: The taste is amazing. Kind of a raspberry flavor. Ingredients: I especially like how it has good amounts of the stuff I like in my PREworkouts (Citrulline, Agmatine Sulfate, & creatine). The caffeine offers a noticeable rush, but I do t feel nervous, anxious or jittery. I get high anxiety with caffeine but this is not too bad. Effects: I normally train about 3pm after work, and this gives me great energy and focus to kill it. My workouts have definitely been insane this week. By the time bedtime arrives I’m ready for sleep and don’t feel any stimulant crash. The pumps seem good, and I’ve been squeezing a few extra reps in (for growth). Overall: I’ve been in the fitness game for more than 20 years and have tried many garbage supplements. This seems to be an effective PREworkout, not just another commercial produce loaded with stimulants to get you tweeking and tingly. I hope they keep tossing it in for free

I really do like this Pre-workout, I usually use the VM pre until it's all gone and then cycle a different brand in after to keep the body guessing and not get used to the same thing as a constant. I gave it a 4 star only bcus I'm not sure why it had no Beta-alanine, always thought that was a good additive in any pre-workout. Still this stuff gives a great pump especially when on a VM cycle.

This is Awesome Stuff. NO shakes or tingle-ness in hair. I get a great BOOST. I also have gained more muscle!!. I have stayed away from heavy weights for a long time because the tiredness I would feel and not really able to lift but this stuff gives you back that strength!! it has amazed me like no other product. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Will continue to use this product. GREAT!!!!!

I recently bought a number of "stacks" and since I figured the pre workout would be a nice start along with it being a very reasonable price point for this company I gave it a go. Bottom line it works efficiently, without the jitters a highly caffeinated product gives. It is a good kick to the products without crowding each other out also the flavor is quite pleasing and mixes well with punch flavored drinks so you can sip on it during the day at work or with beet juice etc. All in all I was so happy I bought 3 more slipped a dose into my wife's punch and her 70 year old self cleaned the house without suspecting a thing until she was done. She said her beet juice drink went overtime. I ain't telling her. The house looks better than it did and the cats litter is empty. Now THAT my friend is a kick ass pre work out. Get the price line down on BCAAS and I'll jump on it faster than a kangaroo at a boxing match.

This pre workout powder get your body warmed up. I experienced greater reps which leads to greater gains.

This stuff tastes great, has lots of good stuff in it, it's got some caffeine so be careful if taking with the Clen, love it!
