Amp tastes fairly decent. I have aches and pains from accidents and hard labor work most my life and after taking it it seems to take away a great deal of pain also helps drive me a little harder. Once again another product from vintage muscle far exceeds any other ive treid.

Have used AMP for over a week and I find it helps with blood flow and pumps with each exercise as well as giving a lean look to the muscle. It is not anabolic for growth but more of a pre workout helper. I will continue to use it as I have read that Turkesterone can help with some muscle growth but we will see.

I had taken about 6 or 7 weeks off from training for various reasons, and when I started up again I found to my horror that I lost a substantial amount of strength. Not good, especially at my advanced age--which is a lot more than I can sometimes believe myself. Anyway, things were very slow coming back and I was cautiously optimistic when I read about AMP. Bottom line: after about 2 1/2 weeks of using it and training hard, things are back to where I left them in December. Quick, quick strength gains and this old bastard is happy.
