Getting ready to cut down from 207 to 189 and then come back up
After a few months of using this, I'm really liking it. I was using another TRT like supplement from another company that was causing me issues, so I tried this and the problems went away and the gains started coming. I'm 45, eat over 200 grams of protein a day and I'm leveled off at 180ish pounds with a 32 inch waist. I haven't been in 32s since I was in high school and that was at 135 pounds!
