Flip your tub over. Find the word "blend." Now look for a number next to each herb. There is none. One big number for the whole blend, and no way to know if the tribulus is 500 mg or 5.
"Proprietary blend" is a legal way to hide a sprinkle. If a brand will not print the dose, assume the dose is the problem.
