Chisel has helped my abs look more defined in the 3 weeks I have been using it .. I definitely notice less fat around my midsection, so I will keep using it ..

I use it for general health in combination with Youth. I used to not recover for about 2 weeks from even mild workouts, and I have sleep apnea. I had extremely low energy, sometimes drinking upto 800mg of caffeine per day just to make it through my work day.
I found Vintage Muscle a couple years ago after my doctor didn't think I needed HRT. I took the orals which helped, but these topical I find work better and are more convenient for me.
I find my energy levels are more consistent and I don't need as much sleep (7.5 hours now, 9.5 to 10 hours before).

I absolutely love this product. I could tell within a few days it was working. I was able to get my desired results with only using half the sprays. I noticed I was more defined, compared to my normal look.

I prefer this to the oral products they have. The spray application is very easy to adjust.
I've found using the dose every 2 to 3 days makes me sleep better, have more energy, and recover faster.
It's important to remember I am using it for general health and I'm not lifting heavy currently, but I am doing calisthenics.
I'm down 10 lbs in the last couple weeks with changes to my diet and the addition of this.

This is VM ‘s best product yet, and that’s saying something. I feel the rush shortly after I spray and rub into my forearms. And I have had such insane gains and pumps since started.
